Return policy for online orders

Jorka Atelier accepts returns on dresses that have not been worn or damaged, and the item must include original tags. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the item, we will review and notify you that we have received your return and whether it has been approved or not.
